These cops had families, lives. That all ended when they tried to do their job because of some idiot with a gun.

I feel bad for the cops and their families but there is nothing wrong with saying or assuming they may add charges even if they were not close to him. That has got to be running through his mind too. If a cop breaks his leg in a foot chase should the one he is chasing be charged. If there is evidence because of him they were hit by the train then I support him being charged with their deaths.
