    I think that a lot of people lack perspective and maturity when it comes to the idea of migrating and the idea of what is actually outside of the United States. You can't visit Canada and understand what it is like to live there, for example. Visiting doesn't help inform you of what might be beneficial like tax laws or health insurance coverage.

    I have lived in the United States for 3 and a half years and I still don't understand some things and I still experience culture shock over some other things.

    Actually, I was back to Canada for Christmas and it was under $1/litre for the first time... since I was... God, I don't even know. It was shocking.

    Still cheaper in the US when you do the math.
