The basis of Muehler's special counsel appointment was collusion. That renders it legally insufficient.

Never-mind the fact that we have seen no evidence of obstruction of justice.

Why would you impeach the greatest "deal maker" on earth?

You can impeach him for high crimes and misdemeanors, not for being good or lousy at deal making.

I couldn't agree more. Impeaching him for his deal making, or lack thereof would be tantamount to shooting a dead horse.

You know how these investigations work, im sure. You start here and end up there....and those who are saying collusion is not a crime, technically you are correct. But what is spun off from the collusion, or what follow the collusion could lead to a crime. So far we've seen how many charges from those associated with Team Trump??? Last I heard something like 191 charges.... something like 35 or 40 people. How many guilty pleas...? 4 or 5?..Has any of those charges followed collusion? You betcha!

Now to your point of no evidence of obstruction of justice. Either you don't know what obstruction and justice mean, Dont know who Comey is and his position or you don't want to acknowledge the facts and are not a very honest person.

The basis of the special counsel investigation was and is to investigate Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election, any cooperation or coordination with the Trump campaign and potential obstruction of justice.

The investigation has resulted in several indictments and several convictions. However the investigation isn't over and the findings have not been published.
