It's good to see the Cowboys eliminated from the playoffs. I don't if either team remaining in the NFC can best the Rams. The Saints obviously would have the best chance.
I agree that is a problem, but it is a problem which effects every team in nearly every game too. Nearly every game what is a penalty in the first half isn't a penalty in the fourth quarter or sometimes the opposite.
It's even worse in the playoffs.
When it comes to the Super Bowl, I've seen two which were decided by pure biased officiating. The same team won both of those.

You can add the Ravens SB "win" over the 49ers to that list. But back in the day contact was called far more consistently so it can be done. Why isn't it. I'm a 50 year fan but the contact let go in the passing game is ruining the sport for me. My adult son already quit watching for the same reason. Broad casters that used to say "that's a foul he was there half a beat early" now watch a mugging and say " good no call" Why?>
My problem with the rules is that they overwhelmingly favor the offense. Nearly every defensive penalty other than off sides results in a first down for the offense. As far as I know, only one offensive penalty results in a loss of down and that’s intentional grounding.
When an offense is penalized for holding, they lose yards, but replay the down. Why not change the rules to penalize them the down too?

Why is a defensive player penalized for grabbing a facemask, but a running back can grab a defensive player’s facemask without being penalized?
