From what I've heard from the so called experts is that the commissioner has the power and authority to even go so far as to void the result of the game and simply declare the Saints the winner of the game.

That would be a bad move by the Comish, especially in light of the missed facemask call that would have given the Rams a first and goal at the Saints two, instead they kicked a game tying field goal.

I wasn't calling for him to order the results changed, just that he has the authority to do that.
I agree that it would be a huge mistake if he did that. Just as it would be a mistake to overreact and create a bunch of new rules.
