Can someone who knows excel PM me; if you know statcrunch, even better.
If I don't get back to you right away, I'm having my third mental breakdown for today.

I don't know if this would be helpful, but there is a youtube video for statcrunch at this link:

Did you find some help, Adelaide? Basic spreadsheet software is sort of universal, and help is available on the internet.
What problem/s are you having?

Yeah, the problem I was having with this software is that there are so many videos for different portions of the technology but I did not know which portion my problem fell into. I thought I might have more success with excel, but it's been a long time since I used it functionally and I have only been writing papers for the last 3 years.
The biggest problem is that I decided to take my math requirements last for my degrees. The next is that there is a prerequisite for the math I am doing but not technically, so I am enrolled in a math course I am not prepared for which means I also have no experience with the software, (so "solve with technology" turns into a Greek tragedy).
In this specific instance, I had to make a frequency polygon with random sampling from like 27 years of precipitation data, determine the standard deviation of the sample, and then also put the middle 68% up on the graph using the empirical rule. I got there.
In terms of the "help" available on the internet; I could not make sense of it. StatCrunch eventually worked for me.
For a long time programming, anything including Excel meant buying books. Then everything moved to the Internet and you could google everything you needed. The last few years though you get every unknowing Tom Dick and Sally posting solutions that are just junk.
In Excel, I know how to make a spreadsheet. That's all.

In Excel, all that I do is read what others make with them. Like cost proposals.
