Government's routinely make mistakes that a college freshman, hell in some cases a high school freshmen could avoid. What is it about political types, power and other people's money that creates so very much dumb!?
If the alcohol tax was too high I know old boys who would be making and selling whiskey. But's it not worth it , so they don't. At least they don't sell it.

No but it might as there is no real science to the way they catagorize drugs. For example I believe they consider Tramadol to be in the same class as oxy despite Tramadol being much less prone to abuse and a painkiller many can take and function. . They even tried to classify the herb Kratom pretty high and stop sales but they got their asses kicked by facts. For now.

If California was ever tough on marijuana growing and distribution before it was legal, I bet California will go all out now that they are losing serious tax dollars because illegal pot appears to have under-bid legal pot.

I went into a marijuana shop here.the owner took the time to educate me on the attributes of the different strains of marijuana.


There are some that make you want to lay on the couch and eat Doritos.


There's another which makes you want to get outside and work on various projects. The only problem is that you basically putter around with no attention span. You'll get stuff dome, but you'll only have the attention span to work on a project for five or ten minutes before you're looking for something else to do.
