I agree that he’s not a traditional politician and that drives much of his opposition. However, I don’t think you can call him a statesman. If he was, he’d be winning over much of his opposition. I think he has the ability to be a statesman, but he has personality traits which he can’t control.

Call your state legislators and insist they approve the Article V convention of States to propose amendments.
I pledge allegiance to the Constitution as written and understood by this nation's founders, and to the Republic it created, an indivisible union of sovereign States, with liberty and justice for all.

I can understand that view point, but I personally feel differently about her trip to meet with Assad. I don't feel like she kept it a secret she even put vids out herself. She came out publicly about it. I didn't find it sneaky at all. I found it commendable. I found it so commendable that I have posted vids about her meeting with Assad. My thoughts are that if all of our leaders had this mindset we could have peace, and end our senseless wars. I feel that because she has served and knows first hand what war is, the she is a good judge. She also knows things that many of us are not aware of. Because she was there seeing what was happening first hand. Many veterans respect her a lot. Also she didn't try to make any deals or anything like that. She just wanted to know their story. She thought if we can know their story maybe we can make peace. Maybe she thought if she came back and shared what she learned, it could help to end the bloodshed on all sides.
She says that when 9-11 happened she signed up to go fight for our nation. They told her that she was not chosen to go, but she insisted and they let her go serve. By the time she was done, her mission was to end war. She said she realized the true cost of war. The cost to us in the US, and also the cost to the people of the nations where we were fighting.
There are many things that I really like about her. One she is a humanitarian, she is anti war, she is against us being spied on, she cares about the environment. I feel that she is a really good person. From the first time I seen her give a speech, I petitioned her to run for president.
I definitely didn't post this thread thinking it would make anyone like her. But I just want to share the information for anyone who would like to know. I personally will vote for her, I love her. I like several others as well, but she is at the top of my list. I will vote for her no matter what party she choses to represent, it would not matter if it was dem, repub, independent. I would vote no matter her party. I like her for who she is and her beliefs and ideals rather than her party. I also realize that many of the democrats don't like her much either. Fox news treats her far better than cnn does, that says something. Here are a few vids on her meeting with Assad. I am sure she will be answering to her meeting with Assad in the days to come.
This link has a few more vids. http://thepoliticalforums.com/thread...-arming-terror
We are all brothers and sisters in humanity. We are all made from the same dust of stars. We cannot be separated because all life is interconnected.

I think her announcement is somewhat premature. She should have waited until after Trump left office. I do not think Trump will be beaten in 2020 unless something drastic happens with the economy. Still, I'm glad that she's got aspirations for the presidency. She is one of the few voices of reason in DC when it comes to foreign policy. She is basically a realist who wants to put Americans first. And she served in the military with honor, which gives her a solid practical basis for understanding how a commander in chief should operate. The Clinton cult will try to destroy her, just like they tried to destroy Bernie in 2016. I do wonder, though, if her announcement means that Bernie will not be running again, since Tulsi was always one of Bernie's earliest and biggest supporters during 2016.
Power always thinks it has a great soul, and vast views, beyond the comprehension of the weak. And that it is doing God service when it is violating all His laws.
