It won't be a cakewalk next time....that's assuming he stands for a second term.
Our society is so civically lazy that we have not had a one term president since George the First. We have literally become too lazy to unelect a sitting president.

Bernie is my candidate at this point but I could absolutely go for Gabbard. She’d be a great choice.
"A mature person is one who does not think only in absolutes, who is able to be objective even when deeply stirred emotionally, who has learned that there is both good and bad in all people and all things, and who walks humbly and deals charitably with the circumstances of life, knowing that in this world no one is all-knowing and therefore all of us need both love and charity."
    - Eleanor Roosevelt (1884-1962), American social activist and First Lady of the United States

Say what? A Democratic candidate basing their candidacy on a platform largely devoid of identity politics? I suspect she’d be one of the stronger candidates against Trump, for the Dems.

And why not? We perceive our rights and liberty as inalienable and inherent to our person. Is it any wonder that we withdraw and have little interest in public life?

Right after the coup attempt isn't this the fall-back goal of the Mueller so-called investigation?
