Sebring Ohio Native gets award for helping State Trooper arrest Rapist

Sebring Ohio Native, Paul Zurbrugg, who lived down the street from DGUtley growing up, was lauded recently for stopping on the highway and helping a Tennessee State Trooper that was fighting with a rapist that he was trying to arrest.
