Call your state legislators and insist they approve the Article V convention of States to propose amendments.

I pledge allegiance to the Constitution as written and understood by this nation's founders, and to the Republic it created, an indivisible union of sovereign States, with liberty and justice for all.

Since environmental issues and thousands of other issues did not exist in 1787, without Amendments, which it was intelligently provided to accommodate, it becomes an obsolete document. The drafters were smart enough to realize that time doesn't stand still.

How about just making the necessary Amendments? Of course, that would require qualities in elected reps like integrity and the ability to put aside partisan preoccupations and to work as a team to address 21st-century concerns as a body.

Utter nonsense, and your contradictory post demonstrates it. With all due respect, of course.

So, if in your opinion, the Constitution of The United States of America, is outdated, how would you remedy that exactly?

The remedy is in the Constitution - the Amendment process. At one time it was used far more frequently until political discourse reached the point of paralysis. As a result, there is a great deal of constitutionally questionable legislation.

That pretty much ends the outdated argument.

We should amend Art. 1, sec. 8 to reflect what we want the federal government spending money on. And then stick to it, rather than ignoring it as we have done with the current Art. 1, sec. 8.

No. To alter that "wetland" can result in serious actions.
We are considering putting a pond on our property. You wouldn't believe the regulations. It would be located on the downhill side of one pond and uphill from another pond and is considered to be "wetland" although no fish or fowl uses it.
