That's just nonsensical legal crap. No one goes behind the wheel drunk with the intent to kill. It's not much different than a dumb $#@! shooting an innocent person. Getting into a dangerous line of work when you don't have the capacity to handle it is just as negilent and dangerous as getting behind the wheel drunk.

Vehicular homicide is not nonsensical legal crap. It's a crime.

As far as getting a job and versus driving drunk... One is a crime and the other isn't.
