You'll use any petty excuse to avoid arguing a topic in good faith and then accuse others of bad faith, foolishness or some other negative characterization for failing to confine their responses to your arbitrary two-dimensional definitions.

Examples of posting in bad faith include, but are not limited to: baiting members, going off topic outside of a natural progression, flooding the forum with threads of little or no content, and ignoring moderator requests. Members who consistently violate this principle will be at risk of being banned."

Let me make sure I understand your position.

A post about conservatism is off topic in a thread in which the OP requests a definition of conservatism?

    Makes perfect sense.

We were discussing conservatism, a political position, and in that context Who declared Puritans were conservative. When it was explained that Puritans were Protestants who followed Enlightened individualism, and thus liberals (classical), she then changed the topic to another definition of conservative. Conservatism, however, is political, and not some general meaning applicable to conserving water or conserving an inheritance or conserving with sugar. Who does this a lot, flits from one topic to another as she loses one after another.

Conservatism was the context and is the topic.

Does reason make sense to you?

I believe the thread title is "Conservatism" with no qualifiers.

    Therefore, you fail.
