Magma Under The Yellowstone Supervolcano Is “Rising”, And Scientists Warn That An Eruption Would Devastate The Entire Planet

    "We're doomed! $#@!ed even!" - Aliens.

Could it be possible that a full-blown eruption of the Yellowstone supervolcano is not too far away? All over the world seismic activity has been increasing in recent years, and this process seems to have accelerated during the early days of 2019. In particular, quite a few once dormant volcanoes are springing to life again, and this has many concerned about what could potentially happen at Yellowstone. Of course Yellowstone has never been “dormant”, but there have been new signs of life over the past six months. Entirely new geysers have sprung out of the ground, Steamboat Geyser has been the most active that it has been in decades, and some geysers have even been shooting “debris and rocks” into the sky. And now we are being told that “a 465-mile-long piece of molten rock” is “rising” directly under Yellowstone

SCIENTISTS are closely monitoring a 465-mile-long piece of molten rock rising below the Yellowstone caldera, a bombshell documentary has revealed.

The supervolcano, located in Yellowstone National Park, has erupted three times in history – 2.1 million years ago, 1.2 million years ago and 640,000 years ago. Volcanoes typically blow when molten rock, known as magma, rises to the surface following the Earth’s mantle melting due to tectonic plates shifting. However, geologists have revealed how Yellowstone’s magma chamber, which sits on top of the magma plume, is slowly rising each year.

Hopefully nothing major will happen at Yellowstone for a very long time.
If Yellowstone blows, the global warming problem goes away. So there is that.

I would talk to experts about that plan first.

It has been said that such an eruption would totally devastate the entire northern portion of continental America, including the southern portion of Canada and bury this area under two foot of ash. It would circle all of the area above the equator sending poisonous gases and ash. No one north of the equator would be spared the effects that would last for years and probably send us into a new ice age.
This is one of the things I argue about with the climate changers. There is no way to halt the natural progression of the planet. Most scientist agree with that assessment of destruction. It would not be a good thing and would reduce the population by about 1/4 or more here in this country alone. It has happened before, and it will happen again.
    But some would blame Trump.................

and it could lead to the eruption. According to research, you wouldn't have to drill too deep.

You might be right. You know, if you lance a boil, like they do on that new emmy caliber cable show, "Dr Pimple Popper", where this doctor specialist sticks these huge green puzzy boils and then you watch the oozing for several minutes while everyone in the room groans, gags and pukes, it might just relieve the pressure enough to save the world and allow America's Big Zit to heal for a few million more years.

If it was my call, I'd suggest doing a thorough geological search for the weakest point -- the spot where an eruption is most likely to occur, and then nuking the $#@! out of it (after the region is evacuated, of course). That would be a lot safer for drilling rigs and their crews, and it might cool off a lot faster if a lot of magma would be flying through the air for awhile.

If YNP gets wiped out in the process, well, we still have that other park down the road -- Craters of the Moon, I think it's called. It's sort of what YNP might look like a million years after the big boil gets lanced.

Really? What experts know best is how to write grants and scare people.

One would think that is standard requirement. Unless Demos are running things. Afterall…..they are proven failures.
