No. You have a right to liberty. You have a right to make up your mind on any subject or issue. If you claim a right to be offended you are demanding that someone provide you with an offense. Or maybe you can self-offend (especially if you are Christian or black).

Yes! No real right works that way. Rights prevent others (specifically, members of the government) from interfering with you. We don't have a right to health care, for example. To demand a right to healthcare is a demand for slavery. We have a right to liberty where we can make up our minds and do what we believe is best for us.
