The Speaker of the House ... Pelosi ... can simply shutdown the State of the Union Address ... just like the GOP considered to do against Obama ... LOL
I've already said that she should exercise that option.

Nobody is actually obligated to attend.

Regardless of where the event is conducted, no doubt some will decide not to participate.

Every single person who attends the STOFU has to be invited ... by the Speaker of the House ...

If there is such a rule....it would certainly not apply outside of the House chambers.

    STOFU?

    I admit I laughed. Sanity?

It makes sense the Speaker would invite attendees to the House chamber. The President can invite the Congress, the Supremes, and other guests to the SOTU address held elsewhere. I propose Joint Base Andrews so security is less of an issue.
Call your state legislators and insist they approve the Article V convention of States to propose amendments.

I pledge allegiance to the Constitution as written and understood by this nation's founders, and to the Republic it created, an indivisible union of sovereign States, with liberty and justice for all.

I'd like to see her [Pelosi] stop anyone that really wanted to attend and was lawfully in their right. What's she going to do, have them disbarred or arrested?

The same way the lack of a 2000 mile wall at the border is a "crisis".

She could certainly have anyone in the House Chamber arrested by the Sergeant-at-Arms.
