What is the back story on this? Also, why are 11 year olds looking like they're at least 16?
That guy was huge. He could have killed her. Did he kill her? What's the story?
    You are wrong about police.

Two groups started fighting at the mall. He told them to stop and then both groups surrounded him and his family. The little boy and the woman behind him. They were hitting him, threatening his family and he reacted. No she is not dead but they didn't like someone telling them to stop fighting at the mall.

Compliance holds or nerve strikes work better than the knockout punch of a kid.

It looked like it worked pretty well to me.

It will look good to a jury in a tort civil hearing too.

A good compliance hold is unnoticeable.

They also seldom work. That particular situation did not lend itself to pain compliance measures. He wasn't trying to remove some drunk from a bar. He was trying to stop an individual who was charging at him.

What he did wasn't subtle, but it worked. Based on the available video, he should not have been charged.

If a groups surrounds me, screams and me and start shoving me, you're going to kiss the pavement whether you're 11, 16 or 36. If you want to act feral, you're going to be treated as such.
It could be that the purpose of your life is only to serve as a warning to others.

Compliance holds and nerve strikes work perfectly, unless someone is on PCP.
