That's my point, DUke was busted for "the Eastern District of North Carolina." Who will get busted for the other 21 states?

That's nice doesn't seem to cut it.

    No one, that's the point.

The groundwater is contaminated, the underprivileged pay the price.

Now shoo, provide something useful or go run off and post some youtube videos.

Ah, I see, you're trying to troll Trumpsters and I'm interfering.

If Trump is deregulating now, then regulations have been in place and yet the water has been polluted with coal ash. The government is simply incompetent. It's the biggest poluter on the planet.

In a past effort to solve a problem I discovered the multiple layers of overlapping government control put utilities in the position of having to ask many government agencies for permission to do anything.

    God, I hate the government.
Call your state legislators and insist they approve the Article V convention of States to propose amendments.

And of the ones that are private, who is profiting off of the waste they create and who is paying the price of it?

All energy utilities are controlled by the federal, state and local governments.

That's going to be a surprise to the Duke Energy and most of those others stockholders.

That list the 25 biggest operators. Profit doesn't matter, what matters is which plants are poluting. Doesn't the OP report name them?
