    I have no idea why anyone would want a horse to be altered. I guess we should be thankful that they can't do the same with people, otherwise, they would be trying to make children that look like those black velvet paintings.

    That is an unattractive animal IMO. That face belongs on a Sea Horse not a terrestrial one.
