Bull$#@!.....the bottom line is determined by OPEC , not by the country's government - be it capitalist communist or whatever. America's interest in Venzuela is not about democracy or helping the Venezuelan people , it's all about the massive size of their oil resources.

OPEC has lost the power to set prices. Our(USA) becoming a net exporter killed OPEC.

We have no use for their oil beyond refining it. That's a small pot of money. If we wanted their oil we would have already taken it.
