You said, "3 eggs, 3strips of bacon and some tea. A very healthy breakfast." Don't try to fix it up now, it's too late. I was evaluating what you put forth as a healthy breakfast and it was far from healthy. Animal protein that includes a lot of saturated fat from eggs and bacon is not a complete breakfast. Nothing against some protein or some saturated fat per se when used properly in a balance meal. But the meal you presented as healthy was ignorantly lopsided.

Concerning nutrition, it's healthy to someone with your level of knowledge; a little knowledge can be dangerous.
BTW, some years ago, I read about a runner in the Wall street Journal who thought he knew it all about health and was running 10 miles a day. He went to get a complete physical and discovered he had prostate cancer at age 30.
