you are so absolutely confused about the CONUS If it were a liberal court feeling their way around the law, you would be perfectly fine with that.
So go ahead and say it, CONUS is outdated for you and your ilk. You would rather have them legislate from the bench than actually textualizing the Law.

And how are you going to back up that assertion?
"Silly thinking", "incorrect"... with nothing to show for it.
You and others in the thread have iterated that yes they are conservative judges, which makes no doubt that such judges are political appointments and since our constitution is apolitical, it means that that very important part of what makes it work will ignored, thus the constitution itself will be ignored in favor of a political agenda. So how is that analysis silly and incorrect?

That made no sense.

It is your side of the fence that wants the CONUS ignored, especially when the president is Trump.
He is following the letter of the law (and you cannot prove otherwise) and has adhered to his powers without over reaching.
What you hate the most is that he appointed people who will also follow the law, and not redesign if for your purposes (legislating from the bench) of attaining your own political agenda.
If it were shot full of liberals who would legislate from the bench, you would be all in.
