Nothing on the scale of what the people were led to believe in Iraq and "crisis" seems a bit too strong to describe the border situation. In fact , it is hard to believe that we were concerned about a direct terrorist threat badly enough to make war half a world away but not so concerned about our pourous border at the same time. Don't you find those two things to be inconsistent with each other?

Are you suggesting Christianity hasn't taken advantage of the suffering of others to increase its number of adherents? It has a long history of CREATING suffering to gain converts.

Islam is today what Christianity was 6 or 8 centuries ago. It is going through the same evolutionary process. Fortunately, Christianity took a path that has caused it to be mostly benign. Only time will tell whether Islam follows the same path.

Considering it’s on-going denial of the Enlightenment, it will be no time soon.

There were no nukes and bombs can be more destructive than any chemical weapons that were found.

I think the US went into Iraq for reasons other than what was sold to the people.
