I am looking for advice on what is the best kind of non toxic pan to cook with. I recently bought a few new pans, only to realize that they were teflon. It didnt say it on the package. I read that they no longer put the PFOA's in the teflon. But it says they use the short chain version of PFOA instead of the long chain. They say it is perfectly safe. Eh, I dont trust it.

I used a ceramic and found it strange, I used stainless steel and didnt like the way things stuck to it. But I recently seen another kind of stainless steel pan with raised stuff on it that is supposed to prevent things from sticking. https://www.walmart.com/ip/T-Fal-Per...-Pan/586791558

Anyways I am interested in hearing your advice and knowledge of what are the best kinds of pans to use.

Here are the pans I bought.
