In my case....i don't mind the expense so much as i do having the dog put under general anesthesia. The is always some danger/exposure to knocking an animal out.

Definitely agree with you on that; there's always a risk involved. Fortunately our dog seems to tolerate the general anesthesia rather well.

I always got my pet's teeth cleaned. Then I found this additive that you put in the water dish. I started giving it to my dog and she didn't need any more cleanings. The vet said they were always pearly white.

In felines, badly decayed teeth can actually reabsorb taking all that decay and bacteria into the body.

Is it 'fresh breath' by Tropiclean?

I've not tried it yet, but glad to hear it has good results.

Interesting. I see it on Amazon but I'm not sure if my cats will approve of the scent. Worth a shot though for the price.

I've only come across it because a sample was put in with my dog food delivery. We'll see if they snub their noses at their water now.

Let me know. I'm curious. I will probably pick some up.

My female has already gone to her water bowl. She didn't react like anything suspicious was there.

For 12 bucks I will try it out.

Can a dog or cat live a good life eating soft foods after complete dental extractions like older humans? Cruel? Not worth the complete extraction vet bill? Think of the lives saved if every Pitt Bull had only gums to attempt to kill you with.

No, I've not had any adult beverages as of this posting.
