It made perfect sense, otherwise why react? You posted a diatribe against Trump personally, own it.


The US needs to be less concerned about the rest of the world.

Don't try those bullying tactics with me - I am no longer the 13/14 year old who joined this board, and I have always treated you with respect. I posted an opinion given by a British person on the internet, and I know enough about the UK to know that opinion is shared by many Brits (and many Aussies). That was not my personal opinion, but if it were, I would not apologise for some of it. I posted that cos I think some Americans need to know what the rest of the world thinks of your 'Beloved Leader'.

If you approve of President Trump's behaviour and manners that is your right, but tells us something about you. And no, the US needs to be more concerned about the rest of the world - not less. You are not the greatest nation on earth and never have been - simply cos there is no such thing. You don't need me to tell you all the things that are wrong with your country, any more than I need you to tell me what is wrong with Australia, or Britain. Neither of us are blind or mentally challenged, and both of us need to live in the real world.

But fair enough, as far as your opinion of Trump's policies are concerned - we would all be better off concentrating on those. His personality is a problem for a number of people, but really only acts as a distraction.

Personality is not really relevant. Look at policy and its outcome.
