Everyone who refuses to vote should be punished. What the Democrats and Republicans are doing can never be stopped if people just sit around with their thumbs up their asses and do nothing.

In this case, the person under discussion didn't just refuse to cote Democrat or Republican, she didn't vote at all. You don't have to vote (D) or (R), but you need to VOTE.
