This is a fun thread Cotton. We need more fun threads like this to break up the seriousness every now and then. I think you did well making this thread personally. It is fun to hear peoples different ideas. So far I believe we did go to the moon. But I don't know if we did or not for sure.

When I was a little kid my parents met this man at a fishing hole who said we didn't go to the moon. He said that the whole thing was shot in Arizona in the desert. He said he was part of the production staff that made it happen. Anyways that is the story my mom and dad were told.

But that being said, I am not convinced. But it is awesome to hear the different theories and fun too. It is good to keep our mind open and look at new ideas.

That only works with cowards. Military personnel often have much more gumption and are willing to stand and fight. Then there are those who have nothing to lose because their family is dead.

I don't think the technology existed. Little things like the spacesuits. Could those suits really protect you from temps of 250 to -250? Could humans really penetrate the Van Allen Radiation Belt and survived for years afterwards?

We had the technology. There were 12 EVA's (spacewalks) by Americans and Soviets before Armstrong ever left his lunar lander in 1969.
