Glyphosate has been studied so much there is nothing left to discover. It is non-toxic. If this was about science the suit would have been dismissed. Instead, we will trash a good company and enrich lawyers primarily.

In December 2017, the EPA issued a Draft Risk Assessments for Glyphosate concluding that glyphosate is not likely to be carcinogenic in humans.

This is about deep pockets and stupid people.

I attribute it to "super-weeds". Farmers got permission from the EPA to use increasing amounts as the weeds became more resistant. It had nothing to do with success, it was costing the farmers more money.

Over time any plant exposed to the environment will find ways to cope.

Glyphosate has been studied by "everybody" for forty years. The consistent conclusion is glyphosate is safe to use if you follow the directions.

This is about enriching a pool of lawyers at Monsanto's expense. And ours.

Two lawsuits are done, I think the second was from food contamination. There are another 1800+ lawsuits in the works.
