No, they don't. Experts have to be qualified. And the other side gets to cross examine them. Courts do not even allow polygraph evidence in because it is junk science.

If it came down to good science the suit would have been dropped. The science is reasonably clear. Glyphosate is non-toxic to humans.

It sure doesn't look like it. Remember courts did not look at climate science as very impressive at all.

I attribute it to "super-weeds". Farmers got permission from the EPA to use increasing amounts as the weeds became more resistant. It had nothing to do with success, it was costing the farmers more money.
