Call your state legislators and insist they approve the Article V convention of States to propose amendments.

In my opinion, if we reverted to the Tenth Amendment most of what the federal government does today would be found unconstitutional. States would be free to offer "ObamaCare" or single payer or whatever they wanted. But the states would quickly go broke.
It would also end the threat of a civil war.
