    I agree bad cops are scumbags and should pay the price for whatever they do.

    Police are on duty everywhere, ever town,city, state 24hrs a day 7days a week. If most of them were bad or as bad as the cop haters make them out to be. The media wouldnt be able to keep up reporting the bad stories.

    Theres close to 800,000 police officers, that doesnt count all other law enforcement, police on are duty 24/7 365days a year. Each one interacts with citizens several times a shift.

    The media doesn't keep up. There are a lot of stories that go under the radar, or are buried by other flashy news. Like I stated in another thread, It's impossible to post or cover ALL of the horrible stories about police abuse. And cops/copagandists and cop defenders/people that want you to believe there's nothing wrong count on that and indeed, (as evidenced here on the forum), use that against the people trying to explain and lay out the case that there's a problem.
    You are wrong about police.

    Helena with all due respect you sound like someone with such a deep hatred for police that you are enable to rationalize.

    I fully admit that some police do bad things, I readily admit some police break the law, I admit to ALL of that without reservation. I also submit most of what gets included in bad cops and criminal cops are "errors of judgement" or human error and honest mistakes.

    Those that hate police put all of them in a basket and make claims its all about bad cops.
    There are bad cops Helena, but there is not nearly as many as you "want" there to be and you truly demonstrate your deep disdain and dislike for police by just posting every bad police link you can find.

    Dont get me wrong I dont mind, most of the time I dont pay them any attention, just once in a while I think you need a little reality then I go back down the rabbit hole, like I am right now..........poooooooooooooooooof

    I was looking at the girl's website to see what her newspaper looked like. It is amazing. I have read a lot of old newspapers from the 1800's and early 1900's, back when real journalism was a thing. This young reporter has that same authentic appeal. Check out this story she broke, LOL. It will have you in stitches.

    Oh man, It keeps getting better. Check out the reporting in this one. It's uncanny how she asks the correct questions and actually investigates things. Amazing and hella funny.

    @Helena

    Can you share your experience(s) with police that have shaped your disdain for their practices?

    I only ask for reference because of your posting past. I understand if you refrain.

    There was nothing this cop did that gets me too excited.

    Civil conversation by both the cop and the "cub reporter". Both made their points. Both contributed their time.

    Thread seems to be a good example of manufactured outrage....
