Not even the black market? I am thinking more of the illegal consumer shops in Asia that sell every day house hold items and food, rather than our illegal drug market with is greatly affected by government attention.

Those same politicians who have been doing the bidding of mercenary capitalist interests for years to ensure an adequate supply of cheap labor by allowing and even encouraging these corporate parasites to locate in their states and kill off the smaller competition? Who is financing their election campaigns?

The real irony is that the business model for these incredibly successful industries is predicated on socialism to subsidize their bottom line so they literally conspire with their elitist political cronies to create the economic conditions that will allow them to thrive. The result being the growth of the billionaire population and a diminution of the middle class.

If we enforced the tenth amendment we would have none of these problems at the federal level. We could still have them locally if the local citizens agreed to "pay".
