Cthulhu is a gag on my part. Besides, if I recall correctly, Cthulhu doesn't actually care about the world - he's just hungry.

If you're taking it seriously then... I don't really know how to help you.

But the religion I follow isn't about conquest at all. It's about coming my unto Christ by virtue of gentleness, long suffering, and persuasion - not at the tip of the sword.

If we started rolling like Islam saying convert or die I'd be doing something else on Sunday.

I've been led to believe you are Latter Day Saint. Why did God hid the truth for so long? Why hide the lost tribe that came here. Why do we find no evidence of them? Now. I'm not trying to start a debate. I only want answers.

Short answer? I don't know.

This is one of the spots where the old saying "God works in mysterious ways" applies. I suspect he has reasons for why he does things. But I'm pretty sure he still respects agency as well.

I don't think it is a matter of hiding it, I think it is a matter of waiting for the right time for it to be revealed.

Like a skilled farmer planting - he looks and waited for the right time and place for the seed to have the best chance of growing in.

But that's my speculation, not the gospel. It is a subject of great curiosity for me as well @Capton .
