My buddy and his wife own this place. The red brick chimney behind the building is where I had my office for 2 years b-4 we moved back downtown. He and his wife own that building also. I have watched Buckeye games there many times. Funny story: The first time I was in that house. I was at the gym and complaining about not getting the Big Ten Network and the Buckeyes were on the next day. The owner said: "Come to my house to watch the game, I have that channel" I politely pushed him off but he persisted. I told him that I didn't know where he lived. He gave me the address. Everybody at the gym was laughing. So... the next day, I left the office and drove west out of downtown and ran into this monstrosity. I felt so uncomfortable (I'm a farm boy) -- he didn't even stay and watch the game with me he had left. So, there I am... in that house with that furniture watching the Buckeyes all by myself. He showed up at halftime with cheese and crackers and soda for me and I tried to leave and he insisted that I stay. So, I did and went back many times to join him watching sports.
