Are there nuts and seeds, or for that matter other fruits and vegetables you would recommend to be added to my drink?
I think cashew or even almonds could be good. There is also Kale. I had made a Kale shake that I thought was pretty good.
I used Kale, spinach, almonds, brazil nuts, some sun flower seeds, pumpkin seeds, just a little bit, some pre soaked chia seeds. Some lemon or lime. Blend with a bit of water and pink Himalayan salt and pour in a glass, and to top it off add some fresh chopped onion, and cilantro. Stir it up and there you have it.

It sounds weird but it is pretty good though. The nuts blend down and you barely even notice they are in there. It gives it a good flavor. I ate that invention a few times. It was alright. I think that in your drink cashews could be a good complimentary flavor. Maybe even macadamia.

Mr V I forgot to mention hemp seeds. Those are really good. I am not sure that they would go good in that flavor of shake. But if you dont eat them already they are really good. Maybe in a different flavor of shake they could go well. They are great on salad. I did put them in the kale shake.

I'm not much on eating vegetables. Their wheelchairs make it a bit awkward.

I would only recommend juicing for those who don't have teeth. For those who have teeth, nature intended for food to be chewed as chewing represents the first stage of digestion: Slow and steady chewing facilitates the mixing of food with saliva, a digestive enzyme called amylase. At the same time the chewing puts pressure on teeth and jawbone which helps to maintain good bone health.

    I don't drink juices exclusively.
