    Fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds

I am always looking for something new to eat. Lately, I have experimented with my morning green juice. I posted my base recipe elsewhere. I want to try modifying the base recipe to try different flavors, smells, and tastes.

Today I added garlic, mace, and chocolate soy. I eliminated the orange juice. I like the effect. And the taste.

Are there nuts and seeds, or for that matter other fruits and vegetables you would recommend to be added to my drink?

Same here. I even add it to my eggs when the mood strikes. I hate it roasted though. I'd rather eat it raw than roasted. Sliced thin it's not too strong.

I have a little shaker of the powder here on my desk and put it on salad of whatever I have for lunch. Growing up we ate garlic like apples.

I haven't used the powder lately but I like it. In salads I would opt for a clove sliced paper thin or crushed and diced.

Garlic is really good for the digestive system, plus it is a natural bug repellent if you eat enough of it.

I have been eating these when I get a craving for sweets. Just three ingredients. Mango, apple and chia seeds. They're soft and chewy and quite tasty.

21 grams of sugar is about or more than half a candy bar.
