I posted article that proved she was right. What have you proved lately?

The author is an idealistic twerp.

No one questioned whether she is right. She didn't. Kennedy didn't. The article author didn't.

So what have you accomplished besides the obvious? Well, duh.

Oh, yea, you don't like the author because he's conservative. Uh, so?

No; I don't like the author because he's biased and insulting which means that - as he has done - his ideology will affect any objectivity that does exist in real journalism. So, his article is nothing more that biased opinion.

You seem to have missed it that the author was just repeating what Kennedy said about Rice. Here, let me post that much so maybe you can read it sans your bias.

a key part of Kennedy’s ruling.

The Civil Rights Commission’s treatment of his case has some elements of a clear and impermissible hostility toward the sincere religious beliefs that motivated [Phillips’] objection,” Kennedy wrote. Among other things, he cited the words of Commissioner Diann Rice:

“Freedom of religion and religion has been used to justify all kinds of discrimination throughout history, whether it be slavery, whether it be the Holocaust, whether it be—I mean, we—we can list hundreds of situations where freedom of religion has been used to justify discrimination. And to me it is one of the most despicable pieces of rhetoric that people can use to—to use their religion to hurt others.”
So you dislike the author because he quoted Kennedy? Odd.
