Chelsea Manning Jailed Again For Protecting Journalism

It is pretty crazy that Trump wants to take down Assange when it is said that Assange helped him get elected. Trump was all Pro-WikiLeaks while he was campaigning now he wants to take them down. Talk about lies, lies, and more lies.

In Vid #2 John Bolton says that Manning should be punished with death for committing treason. He defined treason as giving aid and comfort to the enemy. Hmm sounds a lot like what Trump is doing with the Saudis. LoL lets kill real American Heroes like Manning and Snowden for revealing crimes of our nation. They did a service to the people of this nation.
We are all brothers and sisters in humanity. We are all made from the same dust of stars. We cannot be separated because all life is interconnected.

Manning should have been hanged. He is a traitor.

I don't know what your problem is, but you have an obvious hate on for this country.

Manning and Snowden violated United States law and should face whatever penalty dictates. Manning did, in fact, commit treason. Snowden did, in fact, commit treason. I believe that the penalty for treason is death. (Note: I am against the death penalty, I am merely being factual) How Manning got away nearly scott free is beyond me.

It is also a fact that Trump praised WikiLeaks while campaigning, and may have worked with Assange to take down Hillary. Cute. It is also a fact that Trump is cozy bed budies with the Saudis, and that he may have just tried to secretly give them nuclear technology. He is buddy buddy with a terrorist nation. He aided them in their war crimes on Yemen. Treason?? Trump may has contact with donors that may be dictating some of his political actions. Treason??

Manning and Snowden outed crimes. They are heroes, to most of the people in this nation. While the ones who did the crimes not so much. According to most of the people in this nation trump is a criminal, while Manning and Snowden are considered heroes.

I am just saying straight up, that is the heart of the people of this nation. We believe in justice and what is right. While our leaders are in bed with criminals and corporations they are bought and paid for. They are criminals who don't face the same laws and face the same justice that the rest of us face.

    How young are you?

We are not at war with the Saudis. I thought a friend should tell you.

Manning never should have seen freedom again.

I have seen the hero label put on Snowden, never on Manning. They still violated federal law and are criminals and committed treason. The fact that you (or to some extent I) agree with them is not relevant to whether they violated criminal law. Your speculation on Trump is not relevant either. Trump may this or may that. Every US President has kissed Saudi ass - Trump no more or less. We can debate the propriety of our relationship with the Saudis, particularly in light of our oil production.

People lately have a tendency to believe in their justice, not actual justice. Their "what is right" not actually what is right.

We see things differently. Manning gave away enormous numbers of dated classified information to WikiLeaks. WikiLeaks published some of the material. Treason? Possibly. He certainly committed clearly identified crimes regarding secret material during wartime. If the leaked material resulted in dead Americans then the death penalty is appropriate.

Snowden showed us the Federal government is collecting everything on American citizens. Treason? No.

I think 50 years from now Snowden will be viewed as a hero, assuming the nation survives.

Every one of the men who signed the Declaration of Independence were traitors. Every single one of them.

Snowden's actions, while illegal, can be defended. I don't believe one can defend Manning's criminal deeds.
