WTF? The state is accusing him of committing crimes in NY.

The Feds did not allege these crimes in their indictments. This is basic stuff.

Tyranny already exists. This is an attempt to overturn it. Hopefully 50 states will, in due course, bring indictments against Trump also.

I'm asking questions, not making statements.
I read the indictments. Quite a list. While some of us rush to judgment, I'd like to see the evidence. This smells like catfish bait.
And it's never basic when they are actually head hunting the president

There's no doubt that they are piling on, but there are still state crimes and federal crimes. The Feds prosecute federal crimes. Being convicted of a federal crime does not mean a state is now forbidden to indict someone for an alleged state crime.

California will be another state which will seek an indictment. Then probably New Jersey.

    Yes, it is basic.

I can't figure out what you were failing to understand. A state has the authority to indict someone or seek an indictment for an alleged state crime.

Sure, if he hadn't been associated with Trump and had he been able to incriminate him on the collusion meme he would not have been persued at all, but those are different issues.

You are correct. I assumed incorrectly.

Seeing that they can't overturn the 2016 election, maybe they can revise history and deny that it ever happened?

Liberals continue to demonstrate their admiration for third world dictator type tactics.

Tyranny exists everywhere there are Democrats in charge.

    Dream on.
Call your state legislators and insist they approve the Article V convention of States to propose amendments.

I know that as well, but the liberals don't see it that way. Trump is too smart to fall into that trap.
Today, we are all guilty of something as long as liberals are in power. IMO, this state attorney is looking for the death sentence for Manafort NOT rolling on Trump.
This is the perfect example of pointing out a man and attaching a crime to his body. Stalinesque..............
I'm not defending Manafort. If he did indeed do it, there's not much else to say. This is merely retribution. I think they'll drag him from state to state like a man behind a horse.
hatred has a price in hell, for all liberals
