Lots of people complain how they hate identity politics.

This was written for GAB on that subject, it has tags in body of post.

The original title of post was:Stop complaining about #identity_politics. Without identity...you have no politics.

In the 1960's we had a #hippy / #Buddhist / #dope lecturer named #Alan_Watts. He would say people define themselves by their enemy. He used the 'beatnik' vs 'squares' as an example. Nowadays we got the #hipster vs non-hipster, the #millennials vs #boomers and on and on. In the 1960's the 2 parties were very similar in core beliefs. Both parties believed in traditional #American values. And if the average person was polled they may simplify the 2 parties thusly

Reps were for the rich and big business.

Some of that belief may be based more in #buying_votes than in #altruism, as #politicians are always looking for the magic formula to gain power and buying votes works as good as any other scheme. But if we look at the dems, they seem to have a deep seated need to try and make a perfect world. We can see that in their champion...the #social_justice_warrior (#SJW) or what some people look at as #busybodies, #snitches and #doxers.

The reason we didn't have a #soft_civil_war going on in the days of kinder and gentler politics was the fact that both parties were not that far apart in core values. Both parties believed #baby_murder was wrong, both parties were for the #2A and the rights to bear arms, both parties were for strong borders, both parties were against homosexuality and didn't believe that 2 hairy men could be husband and wife, both parties didn’t believe an illegal alien was an American citizen, both parties were against legalized dope, both parties were centered around religious beliefs, traditional #American values and morals, both parties were against #socialism and #communism, both parties didn't believe that a man with a #penis was a #woman. Well, we can see what has happened over the years. The reps have stayed more or less the same…long standing #conservative #traditional American values. The dems on the other hand have become wildly extreme with their beliefs. Beliefs so far off the scale of #left that they will #destroy_America as we have known it if they are implemented.

I'd advise you to look closely for what you party stands for and pick your identity before the soft #civil_war turns into a hard civil war. For without identity...you have no politics.

"Identity politics" is the application of "divide and conquer" by using superficial traits to separate the populace into more easily managed group, as the socialists of Germany isolated the Jews from the other Germans and scapegoated them to consolidate the political power.

So to do the modern Rodents blame "white makes" for the failures of the feminazi to get dates, of the welfare classes to get jobs, if the illegal aliens to avoid deportation, etc etc

Nope, identity politics is a process of exacerbating minor differences of race and religion into flaming hatreds to prevent not only the various plantation dwellers from coming together against their common enemy, but to prevent them from even recognizing that the Democrats ARE everyone's true enemy.
