I believe even democrats as a whole wont elect a socialist as their nominee. I am never right with election predictions, I have an uncanny ability to choose the wrong candidate. I will choose one a little later down the road

He has two things going against him. First, he’s an old white man. Second, he’d be forced to take much more liberal positions than he has in the past. Can he do that and still come off as sincere?

    Buttigieg is All in.

Pete Buttigieg, mayor of South Bend, Indiana, announced his candidacy for the Democratic nomination on January 23, 2019 via a video and email sent to his supporters.

The mayor just turned 37, making him the youngest entrant (so far) in the battle for the Democratic nomination. Buttigieg is also the only openly gay candidate to date in the running.

Along with Rep. Tulsi Gabbard of Hawaii, Buttigieg is one of two military combat veterans running for the Democratic nod, having served with the US Naval Reserve in Afghanistan in 2013.....snip~

2020 Candidate Says Biden Isn't That Progressive

“I have the most progressive record of anybody running…of anybody who would run,” Biden said in Delaware.
On Sunday CNN host Jake Tapper spoke on-the-air with another 2020 candidate, Sen. Amy Klobuchar (D-MN), about Biden’s claim.

Klobuchar suggested that the progressive superstar doesn’t have as progressive of a record as he declared.

Klobuchar added that every Democratic candidate running for 2020 is going to say the same thing about themselves, that they’re the epitome of progressive values......snip~

I don't believe he would have a chance at winning the Democratic nomination.

FYI, for those that struggle with this name, Pete Buttigieg, the last name is pronounced Buttijudge.
When Donald Trump said to protest “peacefully”, he meant violence.

When he told protesters to “go home”, he meant stay for an insurrection.

And when he told Brad Raffensperger to implement “whatever the correct legal remedy is”, he meant fraud.

    War is peace.

    Freedom is slavery.

    Ignorance is strength.

Biden? I think the leftness makes to much out of him. Plus he has a lot of baggage to overcome. Including talking about how he would get into a fight with Trump.

I had to laugh at his lame ass thinking he could throw down.

Based on what I’ve seen so far, it looks like the top two contenders are Sanders and Warren.

I think it's likely that a woman is at the top of the ticket. Possibly a complete female ticket.
