Hmmm, now you are confusing the board, because Chris just said I was bragging about trolling, then you follow up to say I was bragging about something that didn’t exist....do the two of you need a moment to talk this over and try again? One of you is lying, which one is it?

So you're saying that citizens should not take legal action when major media platforms libel them and deliberately enable others, in violation of posted rules, libel them.

You see any question mark at the end of that sentence?

Why did twitter allow "learn to code" as good fun when the fascists were taunting decent men who lost their coal mining jobs because of that Kenyan yraitor, but suddenly when the fascists in the media were losing their jobs, "learn to code" became a completely unacceptable and ban - worthy epithet?

Twitter HAS demonstrated a clear pattern of discrimination and abuse, in violation of its own terms of service, and why should they not be held to pay for their crimes against humanity in a court of law?

From what I've read, Twitter ignored multiple complaints about multiple postings by various Rodent douchebags claiming Nunez was a pervert like re-elected Senator Menendez, and Twitter's open refusal to enforce it's own rules makes them an accomplice to the libel.

Some float. Some sink. The floaters rise to the top. For some odd reason, the floaters think that they have accomplished something special.

Proteins and vegetable matter turds sink and carb-based turds float. You can always tell how you're eating by gawking at your leavings before flushing. /derail

Still instead if suing Twitter or Facebook, I think the better alternative would be create a credible alternative dedicated to the idea of allowing all views to be heard.

The only way you can do that is to create that even handed and objective platform. Create an alternative.
But he can establish the precedent that enables future law to declare twitter a public utility and thus subject to regulation.

Actually, because those are in water, their relative stickiness isn't relevant.
