Still instead if suing Twitter or Facebook, I think the better alternative would be create a credible alternative dedicated to the idea of allowing all views to be heard.

That has nothing to do with this.

I know what he's doing and why. He's not going to succeed. You can't force the media to become objectivity or even handed through the courts. The courts will not allow it.


The only way you can do that is to create that even handed and objective platform. Create an alternative.

But he can establish the precedent that enables future law to declare twitter a public utility and thus subject to regulation.
