Whoever criticizes capitalism, while approving immigration, whose working class is its first victim, had better shut up. Whoever criticizes immigration, while remaining silent about capitalism, should do the same.

No one should feel inferior to anyone because of the hue of their skin. The most memorable instructor I ever had was a very black Army Major. He was extraordinary. He was smart, competent, a warrior, and a brilliant instructor.
Call your state legislators and insist they approve the Article V convention of States to propose amendments.

I pledge allegiance to the Constitution as written and understood by this nation's founders, and to the Republic it created, an indivisible union of sovereign States, with liberty and justice for all.

I have met many folks who are of good character. Color has nothing to do with it, for me.

Hate groups are feeling empowered and legitimized because they believe they have a President who thinks and acts just like them and guess what, they do. Trump's speeches of hate and violence are a major catalyst to the rise in hate crimes and that cannot be denied. (If anyone requires examples and information regarding Trump hate and violence speeches I would be happy to produce dozens of examples from as many rallies and bully pulpit and twitter statements and speeches over the last three years.)

In the first three months after Trump won the presidency, the Southern Poverty Law Center recorded an astonishing 1,372 hate incidents, nearly all of them election-related. A deep dive into the data reveals that nearly half of these incidents involve people referencing Trump, either by name or by parroting his rhetoric: groups of white thugs intimidating minorities while chanting “Trump,” for instance, or swastika graffiti accompanied by the words “Make America White Again.” The cold, hard fact that racist thugs shout and chant Trump’s name (something we all saw happening in Charlottesville) while threatening and intimidating minorities should give us all pause — particularly Trump himself, that is if Trump has an inkling of understanding into such matters which I believe the requirement for such understanding is a heart and soul which Trump appears to lack so that’s not going to happen any time soon.

The SPLC has collected 1,372 reported bias incidents between the day after the election and February 7. These incidents were either reported directly to the SPLC via our Report Hate intake page or collected from news reports.

    A report from California:
We were eating dinner celebrating our son's 1.5 yoa birthday (a tradition we started with our oldest). At the end he started getting loud so we got ready to leave. A woman in a table behind us said you should get out of here. Then when my husband said we are and our son is only 1, she started shouting at us you should go back to your country. A phrase she started repeating over and over again loudly.

I wonder if it was two Nigerian guys.

I'm always amused when people cite the SPLC. Hate crimes are up!
