    I didn't say no consequences. I'm simply saying I think that 6 years is a long time for a few angry words. I could see a year or so. To me it seems more like revenge than justice. That's all.

    After reading more about this, the judge used his digression to sentence him closer to the top of the sentencing guidelines based on his demonstrated lack of remorse.

    No. I do think that the punitive nature of the six years could be reversed.

    Agreed. According to this sentence swearing at a judge is over 25% as bad a robbery and kidnapping? a liitle ego issue I'd say.
