Fine, suit this judge up and send him to war in the ME to get their oil.

I don’t think it works that way....a judge is not responsible for finding alternative means for someone who breaks the law. I mean, if a judge says the bank can repo your car because you didn’t pay the note, is it his responsibility to find you another car?

Does it or are we simply brainwashed to believe that because we have such deposits we should be using them because they represent major money to the oil sector vs pursuing alternative energy?
In quoting my post, you affirm and agree that you have not been goaded, provoked, emotionally manipulated or otherwise coerced into responding.

This has nothing to do with the Trump Administration. It is a temporary injunction that will be lifted once the BLM and Western Energy Alliance complete their environmental feasibility studies.

    Such drama...

Nuclear energy will probably end up on top, but right now, renewables, such as wind and solar, are a major financial fiasco. The sooner we can pull away from those and gear up toward nuclear, the better we'll all be.

Thank you because I wasn't being sarcastic at all, I really thought that is how it works. The point is the damned energy has to come from somewhere and if we can't get it here our young will kill and die for it elsewhere.

Right, I get that, but I did give you two chances to clear it up...

Yet their costs continue to drop. But I agree we should use more nuclear. That requires building new modern plants.
