    New Board

I was just wondering how much trouble it would be to add a board to the forum. I see a lot of non-political boards and was just wondering if it would be possible to add a poetry board? It could be a category added to philosophy or board all its own. It would give poets with a political bent or not an avenue to express themselves. Just asking.

If we have a poetry board, we can have Haiku contests.

@FindersKeepers "If we have a poetry board, we can have Haiku contests."

I think this Haiku. Is it? I've never written a Haiku piece before. I know the basics but getting the syllable numbers and lines right, well let me try, here goes.

You are a natural born Haiku writer. Wonderful!

I once wrote a haiku spontaneously, as I was watching my home burn down. It was a surreal and humbling moment. I was watching the flames shoot from the roof causing beautiful glowing shadows on the nearby trees. I also was able to freely accept the situation, because nothing is ours. I love this Haiku. I have never forgotten it.

We are all brothers and sisters in humanity. We are all made from the same dust of stars. We cannot be separated because all life is interconnected.

So real. Sad, but very very real. I am so sorry.
