Barr writes that while Mueller's report "does not conclude that the President committed a crime, it also does not exonerate him."

That is more than enough for those in Congress who wish to continue to pursue this coup attempt to do so. This will not be over until Trump is out of office and maybe not even then or until we the people rise up and take our government back from its would be destroyers
