A salad with chopped up boiled eggs, cheese, a few tomatoes and homemade chicken salad, no dressing all in one bowl. No fast food except once in a blue moon.

Cajun rice and beans. I have to run when I get home. Drank some skim milk too. I think I had a Vitamin D deficiency last year winter.

Whoever criticizes capitalism, while approving immigration, whose working class is its first victim, had better shut up. Whoever criticizes immigration, while remaining silent about capitalism, should do the same.

I was running errands all morning; bank, grocery shopping, etc. (trying to beat the snowstorm today and was successful!) Got home and made myself an egg salad sandwich on whole wheat toast with lettuce, Crystal Light to drink, with an orange for dessert.

Beef stew over mashed potatoes for me. Just back from a 5 mile run in 20 degree weather. This is going to be nice. Scotch for dessert/.

My mom and I got my dad a bottle of scotch for his birthday recently. How on Earth you people drink that stuff I will never know.
