When Does Mexico Pay For The Wall?

Currently, we are building Fence/wall where existing fence already is

So far, it seems to me the American tax payer is paying for it.
Some of the legal scholars here seem to know when Mexico pays for it(LOL)

So when?

I have a suspicion that money will grow on trees before Mexico pays a penny towards construction of the wall. Just a promise made by trump that goes unfulfilled.

That's politics. Until you hold them answerable for their lies the lies will not stop. ask him when such pay will come and why the wall cost so much per foot to begin with and demand answers during the election cycle.

Mexico will pay their share when Trump's economic penalties are implemented and they sit down with pencil and paper and determine it's in everyone's best interest for them to cooperate and shut down the flood of illegals.
